IBM Performance Management (SaaS) V1.2 is a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering that is designed to provide:

    • A hosted application performance monitoring service that you do not have to manage yourself.

    • Powerful monitoring agents that run on your application but connect to the hosted service for data processing.

    • Intuitive dashboards that show user experience and application resource health.

    • Support for various common application platforms and delivery paradigms.

New in V1.2:

    • IBM Application Performance Management (SaaS), a new chargeable component of IBM Performance Management (SaaS), extends the current application performance management capabilities with the addition of transactions tracking, which can quickly help isolate slowdowns or performance bottlenecks in applications.

    • The IBM Application Diagnostics (SaaS) component of IBM Performance Management (SaaS) is enhanced to support deep-dive diagnostics of Microsoft.NET and Ruby-based applications. IBM Application Diagnostics (SaaS) provides code level visibility to help you quickly identify root causes of performance issues.
