GoAnywhere Services allows trading partners to securely exchange data with your organization.

Linoma Software has released GoAnywhere Services, a new collection of secure data transfer services for the enterprise.

GoAnywhere Services allows trading partners (e.g. customers, employees, vendors, etc.) to securely connect to your organization for exchanging files, documents and other types of data. This innovative solution eliminates the need for departmental stand-alone tools and methods that were traditionally required for sharing data. It also removes the risk of using unsecure email to exchange information – greatly reducing data privacy concerns.

Using a best-practices approach to managed file transfers (MFT), GoAnywhere Services provides industry standard protocols (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP and/or HTTPS) through a server-centric solution. Browser-based administrator screens allow for remote configuration and monitoring in GoAnywhere Services. Through its intuitive wizards and on-line help, you can quickly set up preferences, server properties, administrator accounts, trading partner accounts, and permissions, etc., the company says. No programming or scripting is required.

Trading partners can connect to GoAnywhere Services using any number of readily available file transfer programs. A built-in Web client is also available in GoAnywhere Services to allow partners to simply upload/download files right through their browser, without the need for any additional client software.

GoAnywhere Services provides organizations with full audit records of all system activity– enabling regulatory compliance and enhanced reporting. The audit logs are searchable by user, date/time range, transfer type, severity levels, IP addresses and other criteria. The results can be easily viewed within the administrator, or can be exported for use in other applications.

A major benefit in GoAnywhere Services lies in its ability to “trigger” other actions or notify stakeholders of activity based on system events. For example, an action could be configured to automatically decrypt incoming files and import that data into existing corporate databases. The Trigger Manager, within GoAnywhere Services, simultaneously handles concurrent transfers.

The GoAnywhere Services software can be installed on most operating systems, including Windows, Linux, UNIX, AIX, Solaris and IBM System i platforms. Pricing starts at $2,995.

Visit www.GoAnywhereMFT.com to learn how GoAnywhere Services can streamline and secure your data transfers. A fully functional 30 day trial also is available for download.
