Partnership brings a new document imaging solution to RentalMan users.
Wynne Systems has announced it has integrated its RentalMan business software system for the equipment rental industry with IntelliChief's paperless process management solution.
The RentalMan software suite is the leading ERP package in the industry. It enables users to streamline business operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, equipment maintenance, rental and sales management and sales analysis.
IntelliChief, a Quadrant Software company, is a top provider of document management and workflow, enterprise faxing, electronic forms, and laser MICR checks for the IBM i (System i, iSeries, and AS/400) enterprise.
This partnership brings not only a new document imaging solution to RentalMan users, it also replaces the legacy electronic forms product RentalMan was previously working with. RentalMan customers now can eliminate paper, filing cabinets, and streamline operations by having all their key business documents in electronic format. The new integration gives users the ability of capturing incoming faxes, emails, and paper documents into digital images that can be managed, reviewed, routed to other users, archived, and distributed electronically.
"We have been a long time FastFax user and have recommended it to all RentalMan users throughout the past several years. Choosing IntelliChief to provide document imaging, enterprise faxing, and electronic forms to our customers was the natural choice" explains Mike Stilwagner, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Wynne Systems. "Our goal has always been to provide the rental industry with tools that will enable them to become more productive and improve customer service. Having one partner for all our document management and distribution needs is critical".
RentalMan users can now manage rental agreements, counter sales, equipment swaps, and sales documents digitally. Their purchase-to-pay processes are also all handled electronically so that at no time will users have to get up from their desks and go look through a filing cabinet.
"When you give the user the ability to retrieve a check, a contract, an inspection agreement directly from his or her RentalMan screen, you are making them more productive. It means they can focus on doing their jobs instead of chasing down paper" explains Gary Langton, Co-Founder and CEO of IntelliChief. "We are honored to have been chosen as the official and only fully integrated paperless process management solution for RentalMan" concludes Langton.
RentalMan users that want to take advantage of this new solution should contact their account representative.
