ACOM’s EZCM Outlook Plug-in simplifies the way organizations interact with their mission-critical email documents, saving time, money, and virtually eliminating errors with every document they process. The plug-in integrates seamlessly with Outlook and EZContentManager applications, appearing as a top-level menu option in Outlook.
By simply clicking on the “EZCM” button from within Outlook, users choose from a drop-down list of document types, and then user-defined processing automatically saves the email message and its attachments into EZContentManager, based on the document type selected. ACOM’s EZCM Outlook Plug-in does the rest, eliminating several manual steps by instantly exporting email messages and their associated attachments directly to the secure, web-based EZContentManager application, without any further user interaction.
You can even automatically link original emails with all associated documents in EZContentManager, based on user-defined options. Subsequently, when you search for a document or email, you can quickly see all of the related material at a glance, and find exactly what you need in a matter of seconds.
