IBM WebSphere Service Registry and Repository V8.5.6 offers enhancements to improve REST service support and user productivity.
IBM WebSphere Service Registry and Repository V8.5.6 delivers the following benefits:
- Provides support to display Representational State Transfer (REST) services described using Swagger 2.0.
- Allows the order of execution of runtime policy in DataPower, which allows policies to be enforced in a specific order.
- Supports runtime message content filters so that runtime content can be used to take a specific action in DataPower.
- Supports the full range of the POWER8 operating system that enable users to reap the advantages of POWER8 hardware.
- Supports the ability to test the promotion process from the Governance Master to runtime.
- Provides the ability to download a single ZIP file with all desired documents, which include Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Web Services Description Language (WSDL), and REST (Swagger 2.0) service interfaces.
- Generates a Universal Unique IDentifier (UUID) that can be used to set and track context and consumer IDs when an service level agreement (SLA) and version are created for a service.
