HelpSystems today announced the release of Robot Monitor 14.0, which brings leading performance and application monitoring technology to the Robot product line to create the most comprehensive monitoring solution available for IBM i environments.

 

Robot Monitor allows IT teams to monitor more of their critical infrastructure than ever. Users can view system performance, job statuses and performance, objects and devices, core applications, and much more in an individually tailored, central dashboard.

 

“Robot Monitor has more depth and is more comprehensive than any other monitoring tool for IBM i,” said Tim Woodfield, Software Development Manager at HelpSystems. “The software is completely graphical, so it’s really helping users perform root cause analysis faster than ever.”

 

Developed out of the well-established QSystem Monitor software, Robot Monitor is proven technology that seamlessly integrates with other software in the Robot product line to strengthen any systems management strategy.

 

“We wanted to build on this technology and bring it into the Robot family of products,” said Chris Heim, CEO at HelpSystems. “We previewed the product at our user conference last month and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Robot Monitor is robust and will solve a number of problems for our customers.”
