Incoming Invoice Management is specifically designed for a wide range of companies that find managing incoming invoices difficult and costly. The solution comes with an ability to apply business rules based on the timing and content of purchase orders, invoices and advanced shipment notices. This allows companies to create business rules which create alerts and notifications depending on the content of related transactions through a dashboard. The related transactions can be examined regardless of whether the documents were received by VAN or any other connectivity method. This correlation of purchase orders with a shipment notices give companies greater control over the shipment and invoicing process, such as the flexibility to process invoices only for those items that have been shipped.
