The 14-year veteran of the software testing company intends to elevate the role of the customer in Original's decision making.
Original Software has announced that Stuart Bishop, previously head of Original Software's Development group, has been named to lead the company's Customer Services team.
The move to elevate the company’s customer relations function supports the continued growth that Original Software is experiencing in the software testing market. Bishop’s main focus will be on driving service excellence in the company’s expanding customer base.

Bishop has held many roles across the Original Software organization and has been involved with the support, training, and development of new products. With 14 years of development and support experience at Original, Bishop’s move into his new role has been a smooth transition. Heading up Original Software's Development team now will be Adrian Lock.
