Aldon, a leading provider of process-driven application lifecycle management (ALM) solutions, has announced it has extended its relationship with European distributor SOSY to include Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, adding to the list of Nordic countries in which SOSY has already achieved success for Aldon.

SOSY recently expanded into the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets and has positioned Aldon ALM as a key component in driving the company's immediate and continued growth. Alfredo Battisti has been appointed to initiate SOSY's entry into the new territories and brings with him more than a decade of software development sales experience.

"SOSY is very excited about our expansion into the new markets with the Aldon ALM solution," said Helle Mering, managing director of SOSY. "We expect the German-speaking territories to become a major part of our business within a short time with Aldon's help."

"With Germany being the largest System i market in Europe, we look forward to growing the Aldon business across both the System i and multi-platform markets," Mering said.

David Lefkowich, vice president of global sales at Aldon, said, "We are very impressed by SOSY's growth strategy and the drive of its dedicated sales force. As the market need for ALM continues to grow, we look forward to working with SOSY to firmly establish the Aldon ALM solution in the German speaking markets."
