  • IBM Marketing Cloud IP Reputation Warm Up provides consulting services to organizations in order to help them set up a single IP address for sending emails. This helps avoid email blockage due to high email volumes.
  • IBM Marketing Cloud Additional Environment lets organizations add an additional environment setup in the user interface (UI) to allow marketers to add another organization, division, or group.

 

IBM Tealeaf® Customer Experience on Cloud and IBM Customer Experience Analytics add AVP One-Point Service

AVP One-Point Service offers premium, personalized IBM technical support services that feature a designated, single point of contact for technical support, priority handling of support requests, and faster problem resolution. Services also include technical advice on best practices related to product configuration and use. AVP One-Point Service is remotely delivered and the service term is tied to the organization's subscription term.

 

IBM Watson™ Marketing Professional Services adds Account Director Annual Services

Account Director Annual Services is a new, separately purchased services program available to organizations using any of the following offerings: IBM Marketing Cloud, Tealeaf Customer Experience on Cloud, IBM Campaign, or IBM WebSphere® Commerce. Specialized consulting services focus on the organization's marketing program, operational efficiencies, and product adoption and use. Services are delivered remotely and through onsite consulting. Travel associated with onsite consulting is billed separately. Note that onsite consulting is not available in all countries where IBM Watson Marketing Professional Services can be sold.
