Tango/04 Computing Group, a provider of enterprise monitoring software, continues reinforcing its important focus on outsourcing, datacenter, and MSP (managed service provider) companies. Recently, the company announced it had passed the "vendor accreditation program" (VAP) for MSP Alliance (MSPA) and today announced its participation in two more displays related to the MSP industry: ConnectWise Partner Summit and MSP World.

Its partner summit took place Nov. 4-6 in Orlando, Fla., and was a huge success: for the fifth year in a row, they sold out over a month before the event, and about 1,200 people attended the event, including more than 900 channel partners. The Summit offered a technology showcase, main stage presentations from industry luminaries, breakout sessions and on-site parties and networking events.

MSP World, the MSPA event in Las Vegas took place Nov. 12-13. The MSPAlliance is a professional association of 8,000 MSPs and service-enabling technology vendors, who work in a collaborative effort to define, promote and educate the Managed Services Industry and the end-user consumer on the adoption and successful use of technology through Managed Services. The conference gathered senior executives from MSP companies all over North America to discuss important trends facing the managed services market.

Tango/04 took both opportunities to present its solutions, as well as its new specific commercial approach and services that have been specially designed to contribute to increase MSP’s customer satisfaction by providing new business oriented services.
