The iPrint feature provides resource, cost, and operational savings with direct printing, paperless billing, real-time material distribution, and seamless file conversion, the company says.
Firms today face both technical and environmental challenges when addressing iSeries printing requirements, says NetManage. Organizations typically have been unable to easily obtain crucial data from legacy servers without creating custom code to perform singular functions, the company notes. Administrators also had to address pressure to manage cost and eco-friendly practices when outputting large print jobs. With iPrint, companies can expedite information delivery worldwide, convert files to a more usable format (PDF and Excel), and facilitate real-time electronic material distribution rather than standard, paper-based documents, according to NetManage.
