The AIT Internal Drives use Sony's proven AIT-1, AIT-2 and AIT-3 tape technology with a roadmap to year 2008 and GST's LCD Operator Panel providing comprehensive information to the operator. The drives attach to models 520, 550 and 570 of the i5 and p5 servers, providing a superior backup solution over IBM's VXA drive, SLR60 and SLR100 drives that IBM offers with its i5/p5 servers.
