Solimar Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of  production printing and secure document delivery solutions, announced the  release of SOLfusion 1.3, its software solution for document workflow  automation. SOLfusion 1.3 integrates with Solimar's SOLitrack to expand the   visibility and management of document workflows.

SOLfusion is a powerful centralized workflow application that allows users to organize, stage and sequence document processing tasks. SOLfusion is designed to complement and integrate   with products from Solimar Systems, including SOLitrack, Rubika, the Solimar Print Director Enterprise, iCONVERT, SOLscript and SOLsearcher Enterprise.   These Solimar software products provide a comprehensive suite of   "middleware" that work together to provide control and management   of high volume document processing and distribution.

SOLfusion's user interface enables external processes and scripts to be managed and monitored through graphical status bars and messaging activity.  Each workflow runs independently in a "thread-safe" environment,  preventing data conflicts and processing errors.

"SOLfusion integration with SOLitrack extends the visibility of documents as print jobs process. Our clients are able to view the status of print files in the workflow, receive status notifications, run reports, and quickly find jobs," says Mary Ann   Rowan, Solimar CMO and VP of Sales. "Serving as the central hub for   process automation, SOLfusion allows our clients to schedule, manage and monitor disparate processing steps in a smoothly integrated workflow."

The Solimar product line enables thousands of organizations around the world to easily expand and control their enterprise output management processes by   providing robust data transforms, device optimizations, print stream   re-engineering and e-presentment. Building on a history of successful   technology development, SOLfusion further demonstrates Solimar's continued commitment to delivering powerful output management solutions for its customers.
