Increasingly popular, SignHere digital signature capture software is now simpler to use than ever.
RJS Software Systems (www.rjssoftware.com), provider of content management software and services, has announced updates to SignHere, its digital signature capture product. SignHere was unveiled at last spring’s COMMON and has since become a significant differentiator in the RJS document lifecycle product line, the company says.
Vendors, employees and customers utilize SignHere to digitally capture signatures and then apply them to invoices, bills of lading, proofs of delivery or any other document generated from an ERP system, IBM i spool file, Windows application or virtually any other report or forms software. The product has been especially well liked by businesses who work in the hospitality industry and those who utilize quality control processes.
With the latest update, SignHere has been enhanced in the following ways:
- Initially created for use with a signature pad device, SignHere now functions with an easy and effective “pin-code” model. Once a signature is captured, it is built into a company’s database of signatures that are available via a personalized pin-code. When an employee enters their authorization code, the signature is then automatically placed within the user’s document.
- SignHere also received exit-programming updates that allow the product to effortlessly talk to any back-end system. The automated archival, save and print functions increase the user’s productivity and data management instinctively, without any extra clicks.
- To completely simplify the process, users now have the ability to capture and apply signatures with a single click of a button. The intuitive interface makes a user manual completely unnecessary, and the ability to quickly and efficiently capture signatures saves companies precious time and money, the company says.
"SignHere has been a fantastic product for us,” says RJS President and CTO Richard Schoen. “Due to popular demand, we made a few simple enhancements to position SignHere as the most flexible and affordable electronic signature capture product on the market today.”
