InfoSphere Information Server Pack for SAP Applications V8.0 delivers a new delta extract stage. Delta extract stage enables SAP users to extract out only the refreshed data since the last extraction happened. Users see only the changed data in the new extraction and save time when repeatedly performing large extractions. The new delta extract stage helps you take full advantage of SAP's business content extractor. It offers the following benefits:

  • Use as little custom ABAP code as possible
  • Integrate with DataStage® and existing SAP connectors
  • Support standard and custom extractors
  • Support various data types (transactional, text, master data, and hierarchical)
  • Enable full and delta extraction as well as data filtering
