IBM® TRIRIGA® applications deliver a single integrated workplace management system that increases visibility into underperforming facilities, resources, and process; improves control of facility occupancy and operating costs; and automates time-consuming activities to increase the operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness of real estate, facility management, and environmental sustainability functions within midsized and large-sized commercial and public enterprises. TRIRIGA applications are built on the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform, an innovative, multitier web platform that provides users with unparalleled flexibility, accessibility, and scalability. This platform uses a highly scalable Java™ Platform, Enterprise Edition architecture, a metadata model. This model enables you to extend and enhance TRIRIGA's products or, if properly licensed, create modules that integrate with the predefined logic and processes into a feature rich, workflow-driven system without coding.

TRIRIGA V10.5.2 enables facilities and real estate managers to easily discover powerful insights into the performance of their operations through IBM TRIRIGA Connector for Watson Analytics™. New predefined, role-based datasets, as well as user-defined datasets within TRIRIGA enable users to send data directly to IBM Watson Analytics, where powerful, easy-to-use analytic tools enable users to discover, visualize, and share insights into their data, all on their own, without the involvement of data analysts.

TRIRIGA V10.5.2 provides additional lease accounting enhancements to IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager offering. The features focus on the foundation of lease accounting in terms of both payments and lease treatments. Several key features enable business processes related to both the current accounting standard as well as the new accounting standards from FASB and IFRS. The release includes full support of nonmonthly payment processing and accounting. It also delivers changes to partial payment processing. Additional enhancements related to contingent rent and indexed rent are also included. Lastly, gross lease and capital lease modifications related to the current standard are enhanced.

IBM TRIRIGA Facilities Manager V10.5.2 includes new mobile perceptive move request applications that enable new move requests to be quickly and easily submitted. The Move Me application enables users to easily create individual move requests, search for when and where they want to move, select an available room, and submit the request. The new Group Move Request application allows complex moves of groups of people to be initiated, using graphical, drag-and-drop selection of people, assets, equipment, and locations.

Supporting TRIRIGA V10.5.2 is IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.5.2, which includes calculation extensions required by the lease accounting standards and provides a new JavaScript™ based DHTML component version of the TRIRIGA availability functionality. In addition, there are enhancements to the JavaScript based DHTML component version of the GANTT functionality provided in the previous release. There are also additional platform enhancements, which improve the ability for tracking application configurations, including object labeling, versioning, comparison, and snapshots on core metadata. This release also delivers support for Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS), providing integration between the IBM TRIRIGA document manager and enterprise content management implementations that support CMIS, such as IBM FileNet®.

In addition, TRIRIGA V10.5.2, TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.5.2, and IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher V12.1.5 include minor enhancements and defect resolutions as defined in the program release notes.
