GSX Solutions, the global leader in proactive, consolidated monitoring and reporting of enterprise collaboration environments, including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), and IBM Notes, today announced the availability of the new ActiveSync Spot Check reports. This new feature will be showcased at MEC 2014 in Austin Texas, March 31–April 2. The new reporting facility in the latest release of GSX Monitor & Analyzer provides critical support for companies adopting the popular "bring your own device" (BYOD) policy of allowing employees to access their email, contacts, tasks, and data using their smartphone or tablet of choice.
The new Exchange ActiveSync Spot Check report provides the administrator with a simple view of all the devices in sync and sort them by user. The administrator can then see which user has multiple devices and which devices are really used, to prevent server performance issues when they all sync simultaneously.
"While BYOD freedom is great for users, monitoring the myriad of devices can prove a headache for Exchange administrators trying to maintain a high level of server performance," said Antoine Leboyer, CEO of GSX, "Stop by our booth to see how the latest GSX Monitor & Analyzer can help lighten the task, and give us your GSX lottery ticket number for the Best Exchange Admin at MEC 2014!"
