A new dashboard displays metrics for Robot products installed on connected IBM i systems.
Help/Systems, LLC has announced the release of Robot/NETWORK V11, a network management solution for Power Systems running IBM i (System i, iSeries, and AS/400). V11 introduces a product metrics dashboard, new status assignments and escalation options, and an updated user interface.
Product Metrics Dashboard displays metrics for Robot products installed on connected IBM i systems. The dashboard uses charts and tables to display details about Robot/NETWORK statuses, Robot/SCHEDULE jobs, Robot/CONSOLE messages and resources, Robot/REPORTS report sets, and Robot/SAVE media. Users can specify a date range and display both detail and summary information about each product graph on the dashboard.
Users can now assign a status to a user profile on the system from the Status Center. Robot/NETWORK can escalate the status using SNMP traps or Robot/ALERT. Also, the Status Center now lists all the statuses currently assigned to the user logged into Robot/NETWORK. From this tab, the user can see details about the status message, reply to the status, unassign it, assign it to another user, and more.
Robot/NETWORK’s graphical interface, the Robot/NETWORK Explorer, has been updated to have a cleaner, more intuitive look and feel. Users can easily access Status Center, Map Center, and the new Product Metrics Dashboard from the toolbar. Robot/NETWORK 11 also includes an HTML-based user guide accessible from most screens in the product.
