STRPCCMD and the '&' character

I'm trying to send the following command to a users PC: STRPCCMD PCCMD(&HTTPADDR) this is the value of &HTTPADDR before the command executes: 'START http://99.99.99.999/foodstar_help/Help_Screen.asp?File _Name=SELCUSFM&File_Format=WIN1C ' for some reason the '&' is getting lost when it hits the pc.... I am also getting the message: 'File_Format' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Press any key to return on the command promt screen on the pc... any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated... Brandon
