System i Navigator: Unable to retrieve list of Q's

I'm using System i Navigator V6R1 & I'm trying to display output queue QGPL/QPRINT in a V4R3, & I receive an error message: [img size=150][/img] I'm aware that I'm accessing an old version of the operating system. Nevertheless, is there a way to find the precise problem & (hopefully) to either solve it or maybe find a workaround, without having to resort to a green screen?

The error message was: Unable to retrieve list of output queues from system 9.9.9.999. General security error.

You are probably signed onto navigator with an id that does not have adequate access. Either that, or a very restricted subset of navigator was installed. Check to see whether or not your id has *SPLF access. Dave

I signed on with QSECOFR & I installed everything.
