Possibility: Your printers are configured to your local PC, but when using RUNRMTCMD you are starting EXCEL from a different location. One without configured printers. Dave

Hello. I have this problem. When I run Excel on a Win2000 by calling runrmtcmd from my AS/400 and will print out a worksheet, Excel comes up with error 1004, telling me that no printer is installed. But in windows there are definitely some printers. What's my problem and how can I solve this ? Thanks for answering JürgenComment
