Printing to an IP-connected Network Printer

The article states "the output file must have a printer device type of *SCS." I routinely use device type "*AFPDS" on all the laser printers. Host print transform seems to be quire happy with this type of data stream, and we use it to print more advanced output than would be possible using *SCS.
