IBM Application Security on Cloud service helps to simplify application security of mobile, web, and desktop applications and offers new purchase options.

 

IBM Application Security on Cloud service provides access to three scanning capabilities:

  • Mobile Analyzer
  • Dynamic Analyzer
  • Static Analyzer
      • Interactive security testing for mobile applications
      • Support for Android and iOS
      • Dynamic security testing for web applications
      • Design that is based on IBM Security AppScan® dynamic application security testing products
      • Ability to scan web applications that are hosted on public and private networks
      • Static security testing for web and desktop applications
      • Design that is based on Security AppScan static application security testing products
      • Support for Java™ and .NET languages

 

In addition to the previously announced option to purchase IBM Application Security Analyzer with a monthly subscription per Application Instance, two additional purchasing options are added:

  • Annual subscription per Job (application scan)
  • Annual subscription per Instance (limited to 30 concurrent scans)
