HelpSystems Announces Same-Day Support for IBM i 7.3

HelpSystems announced that the company’s solutions that run on the IBM i operating system are fully tested and ready for IBM i version 7.3. Customers upgrading to the new version can be confident their HelpSystems software is compatible.

 

IBM officially released IBM i 7.3 on April 15, 2016. As a long-time IBM Business Partner, HelpSystems tests their products against each IBM i release to ensure full product functionality is supported on the platform ahead of general availability.

 

“Our development direction at HelpSystems is in alignment with IBM’s priorities to simplify insight, enable data analysis, and strengthen security,” said Matt Bresnan, Vice President of Research and Development for HelpSystems. “With many customers running our products on IBM i, we’re devoted to the platform and we’re pleased with the new functionality 7.3 brings to our IBM i customers.”

 

With the release of IBM i 7.3, IBM provides a host of new features, especially focusing on security and analytics on the platform.
