Two Firms Select looksoftware for System i Application Modernization

A speciaist in reusing and extending core applications, looksoftware has announced that KMR Systems and Capgemini have both selected looksoftware to modernize their applications.

KMR joins a long list of System i application vendors that are embedding looksoftware's products into their application solutions to support technologies including rich, thin, and mobile GUIs, and SOA-compliant Web services support. Capgemini plans to modernize its System i banking solution, Combank, using looksoftware.

Michael G. Galligan, CEO of KMR said, "The strong functionality of the looksoftware product suite will set us apart from our competitors. Our current outlook anticipates strong growth in all sectors of our business."
