The service consists of up to two four-hour segments on separate days. Centerfield uses Web meeting software to connect to a PC at your site to perform the work.

- Identification of required software and PTFs
- Installation of required base i5/OS software
- Installation of required PTFs for the base operating system, other required software, and the DB2 Web Query product
- Certification that the installation is usable once the installation is complete
- Recommendations on optional fix packs or products that may improve the reliability of the installation (e.g. cumulative fix packs). The cost is $900
Query/400 Conversion Service
Centerfield will convert your most important Query/400 reports and integrate them into the DB2 Web Query environment to leverage the Web interface and allow users to directly import data into MS Excel or output reports to PDF.
Centerfield will import existing Query/400 reports into DB2 Web Query so the value of the new interface can be seen without your shop having to learn the intricacies of the product. Centerfield will provide you with a tool that will gather queries and file descriptions (not the data). This is then packaged and sent to Centerfield. Once converted, the DB2 Web Query metadata and reports are returned. The introductory price is $1,900 for 20 reports.
Report Enhancement Service
Centerfield will help you quickly implement advanced DB2 Web Query functions into your reports and leverage the newest optimizer technology while giving you visibility to upper management with dynamic, graphical reports wrapped in a Web portal. Enhance existing reports or build new ones to take full advantage of advanced DB2 Web Query features.
